the job for which they are to be hired prior to employment. The screens are developed to
measure functional capabilities and meet the intent of ADA non-discrimination statements. The benefits of Pre-Employment Screenings include:

What can be tested during Pre-Employment Screenings?
AWS Pre-Employment Screening assessments can be tailored to specifically test the critical demands of each position within your company. A job description, or profile of job requirements should be provided to AWS prior to assessment. A company may also request that specifc tests be conducted. - AWS Online Selection Testing: Selection Testing Assessments including Aptitude, Personality and Motivation Testing can be conducted in your own worksite utilising our Online Selection Testing Program developed by our Organisational Psychologist.
