RETURN TO WORK CO-ORDINATOR COURSE This WorkCover Accredited course is designed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform the functions of the Return to Work (RTW) Co-ordinator. Participants will gain skills needed to apply the principles of RTW services as a major part of an effective team. Course Content: Overview of the WorkCover scheme; Reviewing your workplace Rehabilitation Program; Role of the RTW Co-ordinator; Working with special groups - Doctors, NESB workers, Rehabilitation Providers Role of insurers - insurance arrangements, claims procedures, premium calculation; Benefits for injured workers; Developing a RTW plan, identifying suitable duties, establishing your case file; A RTW Co-ordinator's experience (guest speaker); WorkCover contacts.
